What is Hosting Information?
Hosting information reveals the physical infrastructure behind a website — where the server is located, who operates it, and what network it belongs to.
What we show
- IP Address — The server's network address
- Provider — The hosting company (AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Organization — The legal entity operating the network
- ASN — Autonomous System Number, identifying the network
- Country/City — Physical location of the server
What can you learn?
- Performance expectations — A server in Finland serves Finnish users faster
- Provider reliability — Major providers (AWS, Google Cloud) have better uptime
- CDN detection — If the IP belongs to Cloudflare/Fastly, the real server is hidden
- Shared hosting — Cheap hosting often means shared resources
